F.A.Q.
What Is Live Scan?
The live scan procedure is a faster, simpler, and more accurate way to collect fingerprints. It is done electronically by using a device that scans the fingerprints on your fingertips. This device then stores the information in a database which can be accessed by authorized agencies when needed.
What is an Oath?
An oath is a formal affirmation, declaration, or promise that usually has taken place in front of the church and God. They may have happened in front of the church and God to show how serious you are about telling the truth. When issuing any type of document, the law mandates that you take an oath before it can be considered valid. Failure to take a proper oath will lead to the cancellation of said document.
How do I get a background check?
Background checks are a necessity in today’s world. They can be done on yourself, someone close to you, or even a total stranger. Background checks provide important information about the person, such as any criminal activity they may have committed or any fraud they may have committed in the past. The Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are responsible for the enforcement, administration and promotion of federal law.
